How do I enrol as a Student?

  • Gather information: Get detailed information from the Leadcentre.org website. Choose English Courses or Tamil Courses tabs. View the courses offered. Find out the course which is most relevant to you in the area of Interest. Check on the screen whether you have the pre-requisite.
  • Understand policies: Read Student Policies. Read Course Accreditation. Make any enquiries, if necessary.
  • Application Process: Apply via the left panel of the same website.
    • Step 1: Login: Use your regular private e-mail address and your preferred password
    • Step 2: Enter your personal details. Attach proof of your citizenship or permanent residency.
    • Step 3: Enter your Academic qualifications. Attach the relevant certificate.
    • Step 4: Enter any details of professional memberships you hold. Attach evidences. You can enter multiple memberships and multiple documents although one at a time.
    • Step 5: Enter your work experience. Attach any proof of evidence if available. You can enter multiple experiences and multiple documents although one at a time.
    • Step 6: Enter your Christian Ministry Experience. Attach any proof of evidence if available. You can enter multiple experiences and multiple documents although one at a time.
    • Step 7: Enter your local church membership. Attach any proof of evidence if available. You can enter multiple experiences and multiple documents although one at a time.
    • Step 8: Enter your Course Selections. Choose your most preferred mentor. (most preferred mentor can be allocated only if available – Administrator has the right to over-ride your choice). Complete other information. Read student declaration and Student Policies.
    • Complete the process by clicking on Finish button.

What happens when I am approved as a Student?

  • Once approved you will receive an e-mail Invoice within 7 days of your approval.
  • You can pay by Bank Transfer or by Paypal. Once your payment is received by Leadcentre you will receive an E-mail confirming that your payment has been received.
  • For University of Jerusalem (UJ) Courses: Leadcentre will request UJ to send you the Course booklets . This will arrive within 3 weeks from the receipt of payment. Student is requested not to contact Leadcentre until the 21 days have lapsed since receiving the confirmation of your payment.
  • For ICI (Australia) English Courses: Leadcentre will request ICI to enrol you as a student . They will notify you within 7 days of receipt of your payment that you have been enrolled and where and how your assignments has to be submitted. If you require the books in addition that will be sent to you at an extra cost. Student is requested not to contact Leadcentre until the 7 days have lapsed since receiving the confirmation of your payment.
  • For ICI (Australia) Tamil Courses: Leadcentre will request ICI to enrol you as a student . They will notify you within 7 days of receipt of your payment that you have been enrolled. By Student login on the left panel of the Leadcentre you will be able to access the pdf material in the website. You can download this and use this as your website. If you require the books in addition that will be sent to you at an extra cost . Your assignment will have to be submitted to the Administrator of Leadcentre. Student is requested not to contact Leadcentre until the 7 days have lapsed since receiving the confirmation of your payment.
  • For LCOM Courses: Leadcentre will request LCOM to enrol you as a student . They will notify you within 7 days of receipt of your payment that you have been enrolled, student log-in details of the Global University website which will drive your course management process. If you require the books in addition that will be sent to you at an extra cost. Student is requested not to contact Leadcentre until the 7 days have lapsed since receiving the confirmation of your payment.

Who is a mentor? How will the mentor help you?

  • A list of Leadcentre mentors are in the bottom of the left panel of the web site. You can make a choice of preference in your application. Based on availability mentor will be allocated by the administrator. You have no guarantee of getting your preferred mentor.
  • Read the functions and the responsibilities of the mentors in the bottom of the left panel of the web site. The mentor will help you to at your request only. Mentor will make the initial contact with you and help you to build a plan to complete the course. Thereafter the mentor will help you whenever you need any help.

How do I become a mentor of LeadCentre?

    • Essentials to be a mentor: You should be mature, respected in the community. Should have some theological training to equip others. You will have some professional qualification and be goal centered. Capable of imparting skills is effective use of time and help others to set and achieve goals. 
    • Application Process: Apply via the left panel of the same website.

      • Step 3: Enter your Current / Past Roles in your church. Attach the relevant certification.
      • Step 4: Enter any details of professional memberships you hold. Attach evidences. You can enter multiple memberships and multiple documents although one at a time.
      • Step 5: Enter your work experience. Attach any proof of evidence if available. You can enter multiple experiences and multiple documents although one at a time.
      • Step 6: Enter your Christian Ministry Experience. Attach any proof of evidence if available. You can enter multiple experiences and multiple documents although one at a time.
      • Step 7: Enter your Referees. Make the declaration. Please note that Leadcentre may need you to sign a form required from NSW government for those in educational status in Australia. This will be given to you separately.
      • Complete the process by clicking on Finish button.

    What is our Refund Policy?

    Leadcentre has the following refund and reimbursement procedures for the various circumstances that may arise:

    • Course cancellation: If for any reason we cancel a course (including low enrolments), students will be offered a full reimbursement of the fees paid for the course(s).
    • LeadCentre closure: In the unlikely event of Leadcentre going into liquidation, receivership students will be offered the following options by the appointed Trustees: A pro rata reimbursement of fees based on the courses in which they were enrolled and had paid fees for at the time of the event, or A full reimbursement of fees for all courses that fees had been paid for but not yet commenced at the time of the event
    • Student Withdrawal from Courses: No refund of fees will be made after payment has been made by the student unless Leadcentre accepts that there are exceptional circumstances (Eg death of a close relative) sufficient to warrant a refund. Refund applications due to exceptional circumstances must be in writing and will be approved on a case by case basis. You will be required to produce evidence to support your claim.
    • Student Dismissal: No refund of fees will be made after payment has been made by the student in any circumstances.
